That's why we now offer only 2 options for full Primary/Junior school IT support. And if you're looking to compliment your existing team, only one!

£5K-a-Year: Gives you access to your top notch support team via our free 0800 telephone service. Calls logged against our standard SLA support levels. An onsite engineer once every half term (to carry out maintenance/updates/Hard and software roll outs). A contract manager for you to contact at any time. And a once a year performance review/IT network strategy meeting with them.

 

£7k-a-Year: For which you still get all of the above, but instead of getting the half termly onsite engineer visits, you get a once a week service.

 

Hourly Rate: £40 per hour. Whether you’re looking for consultancy or to cover sickness the price is the same. The only condition is you have an existing "In House" team.
